Reservation Guarantee:
• All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of full advance payment.
• Payments can be made by bank transfers or by credit card authorizations. Bank details and/or credit card authorization forms will be sent upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
• NO cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is cancelled 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of arrival.
• If the reservation is cancelled within 30 to 15 days of the date of arrival, one night’s accommodation fee will be charged.
• If the reservation is cancelled within 15 (fifteen) days of the date of arrival, the full amount for the accommodation concerned will be charged. |
