We make every attempt to source locally as much as possible to minimise our carbon footprint and to buy organic produce and poultry and to cook seasonal vegetables. Our chefs have painstakingly curated a healthy menu that incorporates superfoods indigenous to India as well as foods that will suit your dosha type (ayurvedic cooking). The head chef and his team are well equipped to handle special requests and can customise gluten free, vegan and vegetarian meals, upon request.
