I am truly impressed. The hotel industry is all about small things that you do to please your customers. And your polite staff has mastered it. They did everything they can to treat us better way. We had 3 kids in our group. So we needed some changes in Food. The staff didn't hesitate to provide anything we asked. Highly Recommended. Best Wishes.
It was a wonderful stay. It’s a bliss of nature and lovely staff. All the staff were very courteous. I liked the atmosphere of the place, you feel like you are drowned in nature, takes you to humble beginnings. Loved the slice plantation walk and enjoyed the Ayurveda massage. They play beautiful music in the restaurant and I got the chance to dress in Malayalam Saree. Loved this place so much!!
