Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation or no show within six hours will incur 100% fee.
- Late arrival for one service will reduce the length of treatment, with the entire cost not causing inconvenience to others.
Restriction on the use of facilities:
- Under the influence of alcohol, high energy drugs and medicines, the guest will not be allowed to use the spa and avail treatment.
- Eatables are allowed inside the spa.
- The spa is a strictly non-smoking area.
